I need to understand about carb counting especially as I don't understand about the grams as say my blood sugar is 14 and I put in that I am ill having a yogurt of 18 carbs it says to have 22 units of my bolas that seems far to much to give myself. It must be me not understanding this, please can someone explain to me what I'm doing wrong. When I'm not eating and my sugars are high it tells me how much to give but when I put in my carbs it seems far too much
