Please help me if they understand what is happening to One Touch Ultra now J and J has been sold. As is
usual - they did not have the intelligence to realise what the effects of their GREED has had on people like me by not preparing their overseas customers with ongoing information. I live in Indonesia and there used to be a contact in Jakarta with email whom I could call for equipment assistence. Now is has been REMOVED.
My meter is showing signs of giving up the ghost by having a dark centre to the display - usually with all visual aids this is a sign of pending demise.
Please do not tell me to ask my test strip supplier (in my case a pharmacy here) they know absolutely nothing about the equipment and happy to just sell me them at an enormous profit.
I have tried all websites connected with this matter in the UK and found that, since the sale of JJ, they have had no information from the buyers,
