Get your Dr to refer you to a NHS one if possible as they can be expensive privately.</p><p></p><p>Perhaps you may have to give yourself time to get the full benefit of the methotrexate into your system, but it's well worth asking medical advice. I found doctors very willing to try and help you to lead as normal a life as possible, and sport is definitely not ruled out, but again it's all very subjective to how your arthritis responds.</p><p></p><p>Never be afraid to ask for advice from the Rheumatologist or the specialist nurses; they are there to answer questions and help.</p><p></p><p>Good luck.</p></blockquote><p></p>
