Juice plus

Hi guys, my.wife is thinking about dieting and im.looking into options for her and me as if I do it so can support her,

Friend of.mine does it herself and sells it so wondering if anyone knows how the juice plus would affect the diabetis i.e carb counting, insulin etc?

I think along with being "fake food" it is 38% sugar! Would not be my choice when you can lose weight with "real food".
