Juice plus

Hi

Just wondered if anyone had tried the Juice Plus diet and what they thought of it.
I've a few friends that use it and have lost quite a bit of weight just on the detox side of the plan, It looks like it works if you can prepare your meals in advance but the downside for me is the amount it costs.

I don't think too many will recommend it here. a lot of us LC or LCHF for diet and keeping our BG ok
