Hi,
I wonder if someone could please help me settle my mind. Over the last few weeks I have felt the need to go to the toilet more often, not always being able to go but with a strange feeling nonetheless. I have also been tired but this may well be because some nights I cant sleep. Anyways, I have managed to panic myself now, googling symtoms etc that maybe diabetes is the problem. I am not thirsty or extra hungry, I am overweight but walk my child to school and back each day both ways so do take some exercise as well as the occasional video to keep fit. I do eat vegetables and fruit, dont drink alcohol or smoke, I dont eat healthily every day though and some days I am embarrassed to admit I do gorge myself on things I really shouldnt eat. I guess what Im asking is, what is the likelyhood that just feeling I need to go to the loo might mean I have diabetes, Im nervous about going to the Doctor.
Thank you for your time,
Betty
