blook sugars mainly over 10 first thing up to 18.6 some night time before bed. I feel run down and tried most the time, don't sleep very well as up 3 or 4 times in night for a wee. Trying to loose weight without success. I have back issues and have Morphine patches to help pain control so exceris is limited. I feel I'm freighting a loosing battle. I'm starting on injections of Victoza on Wednesday. What experience has anyone else on this injection had?

hi @Shirleygay
I've recently stopped using Victoza after trying it for 6 months. Although it did keep my bg down, I was never able to increase the dose from the initial 0.6mg as the nausea, heartburn and constipation (which are common side effects) did not improve at all and really made life miserable for me. I suspect that is why folk tend to drop weight when taking it as just the thought of food made me feel worse most of the time, let alone eating it!
Having said that, I believe for some people, these symptoms disappear after a couple of weeks and hope this is the case for you. Good luck!
