Hi all, know it's just a soap so please don't jump on me.....but did any one watch tonight's episode, easter egg hunt,?the token diabetic says "won't be eating the chocolate as has her own snack .....GRAPES!!!!!!!
Sugar bombs.......lol.....

Just for me maybe then......sugar bombs......spike so high don't go near them.....

I'm sure you're not alone. I too had always thought that they were 'sugar bombs' so I was intrigued to read some new research that appears to proclaim the benefits of eating them. (I do eat them sometimes but prefer the bottled variant - now that really keeps my glucose levels down!) :)
 
Ha ha ha....like everything as you say what suits one doesn't another.....for me injecting insulin to eat them in a meal ......no .....but as you say the liquid form occasionally.......now your talking!!!!
 
Oh my a case of red wine....now there's an interesting take......ha ha...
 
had soem chocolate at easter was a treat I do not normaly have :)
