Just As Example To Think About !
At some Main-Meal of dry-weight Potatoes 200g, Carrots 200g, Kidney-Beans 70g,
1/2 Natural-Reis mixed with Parboiled-Reis 145g, Chicken-Breast 120g with some
Tasty Sauce of totally CH 180g and the Digestion of 5 ½ Hours.
Because of the NovoRapid too short in effect combined with Novolin-R.
Resulting at within the 1st Hour it goes to max. 94mg/dl or 5.2 mmol/l
and within the following 5 Hours it remains in the Range of 80-85mg/dl
or 4.4-4.7 mmol/l, as in the ideal middle of the Glucose Range of any
Normal Healthy Humans. For this result I applied totally 10 Units.
( The same parameter I can apply for eating a big Pizza by myself. )
This in combination with my Toujeo Basal Insulin Setting as explained
by my Introduction, it also explains why I can have the HbA1c Range
within of Normal Healthy Humans and therefore have No Problems.
