Hi just looking for any advise. I was told by the Endocrinologist by phone I have Reactive Hypoglycemia but the ealiest appointment he can give me is 28th April!!!! My gp won't give me any advice as I am under a specialist. I am looking for any advise on what it is and what is the best diet. Thank you

That not good, not getting an appointment until then! welcome from another newbie, some experts on this will be along shortly.

Hi and welcome!

If you go to the list of forums, and scroll down you will find a board labelled Reactive Hypoglycaemia, and lots of threads and posts and discussions about how we cope with it.

There aren't many of us, but we swap lots of ideas, and have some really good dietary control suggestions, so hopefully see you there!

Hi there. I found this fantastic forum about a month ago. I have been following LCHF eating regime for the past 2 weeks and although I have had a couple of hypos, through my own stupidity, I now understand my body much better and can effectively deal with a hypo through diet. My life has turned around... I am full of energy, fog free and I am no longer afraid of eating. Welcome on board

Hi and welcome to the forum, as the others have said there is plenty of advice on how to get control.
Ask any questions, one of us will answer.
Again welcome to our unique club.
