Just got back from the doctors

An irrational hatred of Tottenham Hotspurs ;)
Last week I posted about some strange terminology used in a letter from my consultant in which he said complete eradication is possible.

Went too my GP too query this and recieve some blood results.

He backed up this claim by saying that yes indeed, due too my age, complete eradication is possible and I am well on my too doing this.

For all those interested -

My cholesterol was 2.0 and my Hba14c was 7.0% after having BG level of 20% on admission too hospital and being diagnosed with a 11.7% BG less than two months ago.

Onwards and upwards.
 
Your certainly on your way to excellent control but eradication?.............certainly not!

Still strange why he is adamant to use this word :?

He said that my pancreas was getting back to normal function.
 
I am at a loss too it all really, I'm apparently a rare case in regards too my age and it being type 2, when you get type 2 at the expected age - 40-60, he said by then the pancreas will not be able too recover but at my age it is still possible - this is from a man who is an expert in diabetes prevention and care.

I personally have accepted this as something that will be with me my whole life.
