They did a full mot Hbac1 only 37 Last time it was checked (before I joined this site) it was 55 Only things that seem a little high to me (with zero medical knowledge) are some of my Urea and Electrolytes. I presume my cholesterol is fine by those numbers, considering ALL I'm eating is Lunch: 5 rashers streaky, 3 fried eggs (sometimes a few fried mushrooms), Dinner: 100g cabbage (with salt on) and a lump of meat, usually pork chop (or joint of pork cut up into my own chops) Sometimes sugar free jelly with 150g of extra thick whipped cream on it And for snacks I have Lidls slices of cheese (usually edam), probably eat about 5+ slices a day
