Hi I am Raman , female from India , quite active ,
love to read , watch movies , friendly , chatty , love traveling , been to most parts except China and Australia .
diagnosed with diabetes 26 years ago , now on insulin for last 3 years ,
Have studied biochemistry and then into management .

Hi Raman and welcome to the forum! I was born in Calcutta, but have lived in London since I was a baby. I have been on holiday to India a few times, mainly to Goa where my parents' families were from.
I think I would have difficulty finding a substitute for rice and breads if I went there now. What do you use as substitutes for carbohydrate rich foods?
