Name is Mark and I was diagnosed with type 2 just before Christmas 2022 after my 5 year health check.

Great site and forums packed with lots of of information to the point I think my brain is on overloaded.

I will be posting in the 'recently diagnosed ' section but I thought I'd start off here

I completely understand the feeling of having your brain being overloaded. The great thing about the forum is while it starts off feeling like there's a lot to learn I found everyone really helpful and ready to answer any questions and that really helped me.
