I'm just starting out on a LCHF diet, to go with my new training regime, and I'm wondering if their are any good books I can get to go on my Kindle. Would like something with recipes and a section that shows nutritional info in different foods.
Also I see their a split views on eating veg, and I live veg, so wondered what would be good to eat daily and what on a Sunday dinner.
Hi jonnytaxi,Jenny rhul’s blood sugar 101 would be a good place to start, lots of sound advice and low carb recipes,
I’ll tag @daisy1 for the info pack for you,Have you got a meter to test your blood sugars, this is the best way so you will know what you can and cannot eat, clive

Thanks mate I'll take a look. Already had Daisy's great info pack on a previous post but thanks. Lol. Got a Wavesense Jazz Wireless meter that I've just had replaced as old one was faulty, and started testing again today.
A general rule for veg is to go for above ground veggies, as root vegetables are higher carb. Just remember that peas are really a pulse and sweet corn is a grain. Cauliflower and brocilli are my choices with roasted celeriac instead of spuds for a Sunday roast
