He uses real food rather than meal replacements - depends how you want to do it really – I've found low carbing has greatly reduced my appetite and enabled me to keep at a much lower calorie level than I've ever done on a diet before. </p><p>I have been following this at roughly at 950-1000 calories a day, so expect it to take longer for me, and have now lost 24 pounds in a couple of months.
