Just popping in to say hi and after reading quite a few post`s I really feel that I have nothing to worry about as there seem`s to be a lot of forum members with readings an awful lot higher than I have ( 8.6 ). I have spent all day trying to find out about what the results mean and I am so grateful to have found this forum. Thank you to the people who set this up as it has been a real gem for me.

Other people’s results are quite irrelevant to YOUR health so why would you think that you have nothing to worry about with the numbers that you have :?: :?
You do need to get your numbers down as they are not at a 'safe' level.

hi all i have type 2 doctor said to day only diet only at present .been to doctors for two blood test 6.7and 7.0 over last month i have tested blood it is runing at 4.6 to 6 at present i have cut out sugar wating to see dietitian glad that i can look up advice on this forum
