Just felt very happy today so wanted to post ! Just won bronze in British Indoor Rowing Championships today ! Diabetes may have slowed me a little but hard work can pay off sometimes !

Thanks Anna ! I did wonder whether to post as generally don't like blowing my own trumpet but just thought it may help some people to see that you can control diabetes and still have an enjoyable and active life !
