A new sweetener on the block!
Anyone understand the science behind this? Reading reviews someone claimed the company state that insulin is required to form fat (can’t find any reference to this on their website though). I have found
“The 5 carbon kabocha pentose could be utilized by the body as a pure source of energy without the participation of insulin.”
So they claim it is not only carb/calorie/bgl/insulin neutral but that it provides energy unlike the others that make those claim and pass through the body effectively untouched and unused.
Not completely too good to be true, as apparently very expensive, in the region of £25 a kilo on amazon.
