would be good if throw the coin and our wishes indeed would always come true. Well today some of mine have :O managed to eat some fruit without spiking too high, some serious energy been burned off today... wondering how long til i'm out of the red... after this evenings meal

currently been told to ignore unless sub 2.5 ... :O pretty shocked earlier on had 2.6 whilst swimming which treated.. just over done stuff today. 2km swim and 25km walking most exercise i've done in a long time. evening meal raised to 6.1 been dropping slowly ever since 4.2 currently. breakfast just prior to swim 12.5 :O fasting level was 4.7. currently on no meds to reduce glucose levels (honeymoon period) absolutely knackered now and maybe for first time in months grab a wee snack before bed.

(the ones that deserve to take it easy... are the ones which ran an ultrarun.. i took some quick snaps on my mobile of some of the runners attached a couple of the views )
