On the subject of Xmas indulgences, I'm all for it.
But I know that if I let rip, particularly on wheat, grains and sugar, I would struggle to get back on the wagon.
It isn't the few days of delicious treats I need to worry about.
Or even the ridiculously raised BGs.
It's the agonising crawl through carb cravings trying to get back on the straight and narrow.
A few days of fun could take months of 'I'll start tomorrow...' Before I regain the lost ground.
