Hello. I don't know why but I just can't remember to take my blood two hours after eating, or I have something to eat and mess it up. I think I need some sort of an alarm a small one round my neck or something. Does anyone else have this problem? Or know of some sort of alarm, not a kitchen one frighten me to death. Got a head like a sieve.

I use a countdown timer on my phone. I set it for 2 hours and start it counting down as I start to eat my meal. It works for me.

I set the timer on my meter when I take my pre meal level. I also have a little count down timer with a louder beep that i also set, as sometimes I don't hear the meter.

My Codefree meter has alarms you can set but it is quite quiet.

I don't think you have to test exactly at two hours if you forget then test when you remember I think the main point is to test when you haven't eaten for at least two hours that could be two and a quarter hours or two and a half I sometimes test at three hours as well.
