Keep getting logged out!

Another forum related question. As it says in the title, even though I tick the "keep me logged in" box every time, I suddenly find myself logged out - it happened again just now. I use a pc and my iPhone, but always tick the box whichever I use, any ideas why this is happening? 'Tis a bit annoying..
 
I have the same problem.
@Giverny @Administrator can you suggest a solution?
 
I'm glad it's not just me, also some of the pages turn 'black/blank' and I have to close site down and re-open. I only use a laptop.
 
Mine is on iPad, or Windows phone.
 
The same has been happening to me, I'm on an iPhone.

Have not had that problem as of yet...but on a desk top
 
That's been happening to me too yesterday and today. I'm on a laptop.
 
I used to get that every time I went to 'recent posts'. It's been fine since the recent forum updates though. I use a PC only
 
This is likely a cookie issue - I'll pass it on to one of our developers
 
I seem to get logged out every time I switch between the phone and the ipad. So I just assumed that the website was identifing me as a different person, because of my change in platform, and requesting that I re-identify myself by logging in.

If I stay on a single platform (either ipad OR phone) I stay logged in.
 
I was on my PC yesterday evening, and from the time of my original log in, I was booted out 4 times - glad you are looking into this @Giverny
 
For me, it happens all the time when switching pages or threads on iPad. I seldom use phone, but it happens there too.
 

We'll get onto this right away.
 
Thanks. It just happened again, last night I cleared cache/cookies, in case the fault was mine - bit it doesn't appear that way.
 
Bumping this again, I've been booted out three times tonight - I'm beginning to think someone is trying to tell me something!
Any feedback from admin?
 
I'm getting logged out again now too.
 
I'm still getting logged out from time to time, usually when I'm trying to reply to a thread. It might be a good thing as otherwise I might be on the forum all day.
 
So glad this has been brought up...thought it was just me!!!
I too get logged out several times on site....never used to happen but like others 3-4times each session.....
