Any tips on how to keep in range when your sick?
I’ve had a bad cold for a couple of days now. I’ve been keeping an eye on the sick day rules but not had to use them. For the last 24hrs after I eat I’m spiking to 10+ then dropping back into range. Only noticeable because I use the libra but I’m struggling more today with these spikes & feeling ill, than I did with full blown cold symptoms & BG in 7-8 range. Checked ketones once & had none so it’s not that.
Anything else I should be doing other than plenty of fluids?
