@ShyLily i started with low carb healthy fat for a month which I think helped me cope with Keto transition without Keto flu I certainly didn’t have any symptoms apart from some leg cramps which were more to do with the intermittent fasting that I did alongside Keto and I resolved with using Epsom salts in a foot Bath !
I developed Keto meals using diet dr it’s an excellent site and you can take the two week Keto diet challenge for free which gives you all you need to get on with. I prefer to sort out my own menus etc but such a great recipe section lots of ideas. Watch as many videos on the diet doctor site as possible you’ll learn loads of useful information and tips to help you go Keto. Good luck
