I use the Caresens dual from Spirit Health. It does both glucose and ketones in one meter.

I have found it to be very reliable.

I use caresense dual. But I use Tee2meter and strips for BG because they are cheaper and more accurate than the SD codefree.

I use the Keyto Pen. It’s a breath analyser, so no expensive consumables so I some time test 3 times a day. I’ve been on low Carb for 1 year and the more stricter full Keto for about 3 weeks. In that time I’ve gone
from
114kg HbA1c 9.8. Insulin Background 2x 22 units, Mealtime 3 x 14units

To
87kg HbA1c 4.9 Insulin Background 2x 8 units, Mealtime, mostly 0 units, possibly a few units if I have a higher carb meal

I feel super !!! and hope to try and get in remission.

I also have the GlucoMan aero2K which is both a Blood Glucose tester and B-ketone tester. I get the Ketone Strips on prescription in limited quantities and use that for accurate blood measures.
