Ketones and eating

I'm waiting on my ketones/bg to come down (they both are); am I allowed to eat carbs in the meantime? I'm quite hungry.

Hi @LizzieNI - how high are your levels (blood and ketones)? Its not all that advisable to be eating carbs if they are high.

Yeah, that's what I thought, just thought I'd reach out and see. Guess I can have zero carb stuff? They were 3.5, down to 3.
