Type 1 Ketones

Yesterday my ketones where 0.3, today it says LO, what is that
 
LO is your metre saying the result is too low to read. So it means you don't have ketones, which is good.

Any particular reason you are testing for ketones?

I forgot to pick up strips Saturday from my chemist due to moving, and I ran out that night, plus I have had a lazy month, forgetting to take my insulin and test my self, all of it got to me this month.
