Ketones

I'm not sure I would agree with must... I do take a magnesium supplement and sometimes add some salt to my coffee (as well as liberally applying it to food) but I don't take anything else and have had no ill effects.

Ok well shall we change must to advise.

Yes u might be lucky and not of had keto flu.

But the protocol will generally stop it in its tracks.

Wouldn't u rather have a preventive measure?

This doesn't apply to someone following keto diet for some time.

When your first start out your body is in a shambles and changing alot of its processes at cellular level.

Your ability to hold onto electrolytes and minerals deminishes and takes time to reach equilibrium.

So just make sure u have them covered daily.

But d3 and vit k2 i would advise to take daily too

I'm in UK too just search eBay

550mg pottasium 1 a day

I have been an avid keto follower for 4years or so and tried all the variations and different approaches.

Unfortunately diagnosed with type 1 recently.

It seems exogenous insulin blunts keto switchover too, which I'm still trying to master atm.

When I have more info on the subject I will post to help others in same situation

I'm not sure I'd trust an Ebay seller of potassium supplements. If the pills contained more potassium than stated it could have very serious consequences.

Well if u start to experience cramps and palpitations I advise maybe investing in some.

Alexandra. Remember a large banana has around 300mg pottasium. But are not keto friendly unfortunately
