I've just tested my ketones and iam +3 what's the best way to get them down ?? Any help ??

10.7 which is good for me

I'm not an expert but I would probably start drinking a lot of fluid to flush them out and keep checking them very regularly. If they go up not down maybe phone 111?

Lots of sugar free fluids to flush the ketones out, keep a close eye on your BG levels, if you begin feeling unwell or your BG levels start to rise call 111. Hope all goes well
