Does anyone know if one are 20-30g a day of carbs, how much additional carbs would kick them out of ketosis?

I used to do pee sticks but they expired so don't do it any more.
I suppose I was wondering how much I could push it for a treat but not leave ketogenic state, otherwise it's not worth having the treat if it sets me back a week...

Too much of anything can take you out of ketosis, including protein and fat. If we feed ourselves enough food the body won't go to our body stores
At least that's how I understand it and has been proven by my body
Have to say though some homeopathic stuff works. Acupuncture cured my lifelong painful periods in just two sessions and also helped me get pregnant after years of trying unsuccessfully and being told there was nothing wrong with me.
