Keytones safe while dieting?

Hi, I've been on the low carb, high fat diet for a week. But today I felt horrid, dizzy, itchy ect. And I have very high keytones in urine. Not needed any insulin today at all due to diet and exercise. Are keytones with a low blood of 7 ok? Or should I go Doc..

Ketones with a low blood glucose are normal when eating LCHF.

Cheers, I had an appointment for doc today for something else and he testes it said blood was fine, urine high but that as long as blood dident go over 20 he's happy. Cheers for info.
