Hi. Yes, read the link. Ketones normally imply high blood sugar when your body is burning fat rather than carbs to get energy i.e. it is in ketosis. If this is left untreated it may lead to ketoacidosis where very high blood sugar with ketones can become quite dangerous. First, have plenty of water and measure your blood sugar. If it is high you need to reduce it perhaps in conjunction with your GP. I don't know what meds you are on, but it's possible you may need some insulin as it's essential to reduce it if high. If your sugar isn't high then see the GP anyway.
