I think you'll find most "Celebs" and the rich and famous have been following low carbohydrate eating for decades.

It's just the poor huddled masses who have been force fed the junk.

The 'Friends' star with The Hair was doing low carb way back in the 90s.

Yebbut, given sleb's propensities to believe any old whacky nutrition, drug or lifestyle advice, they're bound to have tried it, along with every other diet going at some point. I give you Gwyneth Paltrow's vaginal steaming, Cheryl Cole and her bloodtype diet, Madonna's 'Air diet' - which I simply don't believe (you make the food as normal, but then just breathe in the vapours).

She'll be onto something else soon enough.
