LADAs with children...

Morning all,

Seeing as I literally found out yesterday I'm positive for GAD antibodies (got docs this morning to confirm) I have a few questions

The first being...I have 2 children. Being LADA as opposed to Type 2, does that put my boys at an increased risk of developing lada / type 1?

Sorry if it's a stupid question but I seem to have hit panic stations since getting my results
 
I think many reasearch reports would say that the risk of them developing T1 is increased depending on the genes they have inherited. Being aware of this is all you can really do so that if they do develop it, it can be spotted early.
