Hi there, I take mine at around ten-thirty each evening which is at least half an hour before bed & time for a last check before kipping down.
I have also taken to splitting my dose, two thirds at ten-thirty and one third around lunchtime as I felt my blood sugars baseline rose in the evening. This does seem to help, but everyone is different.
You could try working it an hour later for a few days & then another hour until you are happy with it. Remembering to allow your changes the time to take effect is the most important thing I've found.
