Re: LANTUS PROBLEMS Thanks again for the support guys, really means a lot.. I've decided to see my gp this week and i'll ask to be transferred to another hospital. Luckily there is a hospital closer to where i stay so i have a good excuse to ask. I also wanted to ask the nurse if there was any way they could still test my blood to see how my kidneys are doing but i was too scared to ask. I really don't want to wait till the end of august to get my blood tested so hopefully my gp can test it for me. I'm considering putting in a complaint, where can you do that? Jus, i'm currently injecing 8 units of Insulatard at 12 pm and another 8 at 12 am but get hypo's about 4 hours after injecting. I just wonder if i should keep decreasing the amount of insulatard like i had to do with the Lantus (but the peaks stayed). How are you getting on with your heart problems you mentioned a wee while ago? Did your doctor find out what was causing it? Jan.x
