Type 2 Laser Treatment

usual internet, millions of bits of information but you can never find simple answers, type 2 diagnosed July 2011, male 63 have lived on my own for 16 year, started with a reading of 91 and cholesterol 6.3 for the last 3+ years my blood sugar reading has been between 48 & 52 cholesterol below 4.
now have maculopathy, small leakage in left eye having laser treatment on monday, how soon after can I drive ? getting a relative to take me and from Hospital of course, will I be able to work the following day, I have an office based job working most of the day with computers.

When I first had laser I was find to drive next day, but obviously we all are on individual treatment so ask the Dr to be on safe side. Also take some paracetamol beforehand the laser is v bright and can give you a headache depending how many shots they are giving.
