Very disappointed but not surprised that my bloods came back and my latest Hb1ac is 61! Last year I stopped drinking alcohol and changed my diet for 6 months and managed to get it down to 52, then lockdown happened and all my hard work went out the window. So now going to cut my alcohol intake down to two days a week and watch what I'm eating again.

Consider this an opportunity for a fresh start what you have done in the past you can do again so don't beat yourself up about it and good luck for the future
