Hi again...
About two weeks ago I arranged to have a HbA1c blood test as I hadn't had one since April '11.
I was supposed to have had an appointment end Aug/beginning Sept, but I wasn't contacted...
I phoned the surgery earlier today to get the result and I was told that it was '49', (using the new system), which converts to 6.634... This is down slightly from my previous result of 7.2
Although I haven't yet seen the Dn, those figures should be acceptable to her, (I'm assuming)... :thumbup:
BTW, I've still not started the metformin prescribed in January...
