How is the hip?mine is now 7 weeks old,Im still walking with a limp,dont know if its habit or not,still need a stick outside.

Hi Patricia my hip does still play me up especially after sitting for a while it seems to lock and takes about 10 steps of limping badly to get going again and then it's ok until I sit down again ! Also made my knee on same leg badly swollen and painful so not a great result so far !! Seeing consultant 17th December so hopefully will advise me what's wrong if anything or just the healing process . Sounds like you are doing ok I think we want to be back to normal ASAP and our bodies need time to mend x
 
Connie I am feeling my knee as well,I have been told that can happen and it will settle down
Sorry you are having problems,I have been told it can take a year to feel normal again.
A friend of mine is having her hip done today ,Im feeling for her.
