I feel like I am managing my carbs better every day, but I am still not sure how many fat grams are considered "high fat". Approximately, how many fat grams do you eat per day?

No idea, enough to make me feel satiated then I stop. Don't get hung up on the high fat bit, just eat what fat you want - you may need to monitor calories though if you are looking to lose weight, that's probably more important than the grams.

It really depends on your required daily Calories, your protein requirements and your carb intake. But just by way of example, I'm targeting about 2000 Cal/day total, with about 500 combined from protein and carbs, so that means I want about 1500 Cal/day from fats.

All up that comes to about 70g protein, about 55g carbs, and about 160g in fats.

BTW. Use 4 Cal/gram for carbs and protein and 9 Cal/gram for fats* to do this type of calculation.

*Note. When doing calculations for Calories burned and weight loss, only use 7 Cal/gram (instead of 9) to allow for the excess water that is stored with our own body fat.

You have a typo error here, carbohydrates and proteins are 4 calories per gram, fats are 9 calories per gram

Thats a really good nutrition calculator. I checked it out and it agrees to within 20 calories with what I have been doing . I have found that many calculators allow for too many calories.

Hang on, isn't that what I said?

EDIT: Ok I see it now, I said fats twice - once where I meant to say carbs. Thanks Pasha.
