I feel like I am managing my carbs better every day, but I am still not sure how many fat grams are considered "high fat". Approximately, how many fat grams do you eat per day?
It really depends on your required daily Calories, your protein requirements and your carb intake. But just by way of example, I'm targeting about 2000 Cal/day total, with about 500 combined from protein and carbs, so that means I want about 1500 Cal/day from fats.I feel like I am managing my carbs better every day, but I am still not sure how many fat grams are considered "high fat". All up that comes to about 70g protein, about 55g carbs, and about 160g in fats.
BTW. Use 4 Cal/gram for fats and protein and 9 Cal/gram for fats* to do this type of calculation.
*Note. When doing calculations for Calories burned and weight loss, only use 7 Cal/gram (instead of 9) to allow for the excess water that is stored with our own body fat.
You may find this nutrition calculator helpful - you enter the amount of carbs you're aiming for and it will work out the grams of protein and fats based on your height, weight, age and level of activity (and whether you want to lose weight):

Hang on, isn't that what I said? You have a typo error here, carbohydrates and proteins are 4 calories per gram, fats are 9 calories per gram
