100g of carbs is more than I can eat in a Day.I had strict lchf diet for 3 three weeks almost 30 gms carbs per day
When i introduced more carbs say 70 to 100 gms my sugar levels are shooting upto 180 @ 1 hour ppbs and 125@ 2 hour ppbs

Am I reading this right, that you only did the low carb diet for 3 weeks then introduced a load more carbs? I think you will find that the low carb diet is for life, not just 3 weeks. Your sugar levels are shooting up because you are eating too many carbs I'm afraid. Why did you introduce these extra carbs? Was there a special reason?
I think to get the most out of diet, to give yourself the best chance to reduce your BG, insulin resistance and get rid of belly fat, to give your pancreas cells a chance to work.I did not eat carbs more than 100 gms but still its happening

May be my weight is already lower ie 60 kg
The moment i m starting carbs geater than 100 gms then its prob
Otherwise on very low carb its perfectly fine & sugar level remains constant at 83 to 90
My fsl level os ok ie 73 to 93
