- Not having chocolate, it's a darn disaster!
I was diagnosed in June with T2D.
Hba1c in July 1st was 8%!
Now it has been a month of LCHF, today's result showed me significant improvement with 5.7%
My fbg is improving day by day. BGL during the day is also stabilised. From 50 units of insulin a day down to 10

Feeling great, tho from time to time still have craving for sweets
