lchf diet and exercise is helping (A1C = 5.7)

It has been a year since I was diagnosed and it has been slow but steady progress ever since I found Dr. Bernstien's Diabetes Solution book. It is really hard being on LCHF since I am a vegetarian (no meat or eggs but dairy is OK). People keep asking about the high fat and cholesterol association and just as Dr. Bernstien said, LCHF actually brought the cholesterol down.
