ive looked at these lincs fat i get,, but does cream and cheese come under fat or protein with small amount of carbs ?

thanks this has made it easier for me to followFat, protein and carbs are components of all foods, so cream is mainly fat with a bit of protein and carbs. Cheese is 65 fat : 35 protein with little carbohydrate, etc.
Over a day you might eat 100 grams of fat, 75g of protein, 40g of carbs, that sort of thing.
