LCHF diet need a little information about fats please

Sorry to bother everyone only i'm doing the lchf diet and im a bit confused about quantities of fats, cream, cheese's. I am over weight and doing well with my BS but my weight dosn't seem to be moving, I only have about 50g of carbs a day and check everything else for carbs but still i get confused about the rest please help.

Hi and thanks for helping me A typical day on the plan

Brecky 2 slices of bacon fried in olive oil,
1 medium mushroom fried in butter
1 cherry tomatoe fried in butter
cup of coffee with double cream

lunch 1 home made burger fried in olive oil
cheese
small green salad
1 cherry tomatoe
5 olives in olive oil

tea Roast pork green veg
sugar free jelly
table spoon double cream

abut 6 nuts for snacks
and small pepperami

i do drink alot of coffee,but drink it back abd it is decaf
and water

ive looked at these lincs fat i get,, but does cream and cheese come under fat or protein with small amount of carbs ?

Fat, protein and carbs are components of all foods, so cream is mainly fat with a bit of protein and carbs. Cheese is 65 fat : 35 protein with little carbohydrate, etc.

Over a day you might eat 100 grams of fat, 75g of protein, 40g of carbs, that sort of thing.

I feel more confident to carry on i think i was not having enough fat even though it looks like it on todays food shown above, i did up my fats today so fingers crossed THANKS ALL AGAIN
