Me again!

So today is officially my first day of low carbing hard core style. I had two eggs and three rashers of bacon for breakfast with coffee. Took kids to school (walked), walked into town, around a couple of shops then did the gym (weight training only as injured leg) for 30 mins and walked home.

I have to admit weight lifting was quite a challenge despite my usual load and on the walk home I can't say I felt my usual high.

Is this normal? Should I skip the gym until I go into ketosis? How long does ketosis take to come?

Advice and experiences welcome!!

Apparently it varies from person to person. Some it takes a week others a couple of weeks. Some people go through the 'carb flu' for a time as their body still craves carbs like an addiction. So if you feel a bit down, don't give it up yet.

Thanks mrs v. I've already been through withdrawal about a month ago when I cut carbs drastically so I'll wait with bated breath for ketosis!
