Me again!
So today is officially my first day of low carbing hard core style. I had two eggs and three rashers of bacon for breakfast with coffee. Took kids to school (walked), walked into town, around a couple of shops then did the gym (weight training only as injured leg) for 30 mins and walked home.
I have to admit weight lifting was quite a challenge despite my usual load and on the walk home I can't say I felt my usual high.
Is this normal? Should I skip the gym until I go into ketosis? How long does ketosis take to come?
Advice and experiences welcome!!

Diagnosed prediabetic Easter 2014. Just left to get on with it, no guidance or help from GP. Every day I'm learning something new.
