Ok!!

I have been on the LCHF diet for 5 months now and my BMI has dropped from 23 to 21. My Hba1c has fallen from 52 to 40 and both are stable or have been.

Now the weather is getting warmer I am able to get out and increase the length and intensity of my Mountain Biking trips and I don't want to lose any more weight which I am teetering on the verge of.

How do I stabilise my weight while still continuing on the LCHF diet. I don't feel great hunger pangs when exercising as I did before I started this diet. i.e. last summer?

My calorie expenditure is the same as last summer when riding so how do I maintain my present weight when I don't feel hungry?

Does anybody have similar experiences and a possible solution.

Any help appreciated.

I wish I had that question to ask!
Well done.
I've read posters using a few more carbs but I'd be afraid incase I got addicted again, some increase fat with or without results and some increase their protein.
You will have to experiment a little to find out what's going to suit you.
How much fat is in your dietary intake? I bet your cholesterol is good with all the exercise? If trigs too low one poster had to reduce her walking as deeming her undernourished. The exercise routine can go the other way. Too much of it. But me personally I see sportsmen/women who are diabetic too and they manage to maintain their weight and fitness.
@TorqPenderloin has a better way of explaining than me.
Myself I'm reducing my protein intake to reduce my weight.
How much protein are you eating?
