Which yogurt is best to eat on LCHF

Don't think so, but you should check the flavours for carb content on other plain yoghurts. Best bet is to flavour the Greek yoghurt yourself with a few berries. See what you can get with less than 10g carbs per 100g.
 
I don't low carb as such, but I have reduced my carb intake considerably to about 100-120g per day and lost over 3 stone this year. I let myself be guided more by my meter than by carb content. Try a meal then test, if the spike is high adjust the meal next time, I think i must be lucky and still have some tolerence to carbs I just need to let my system deal with one lot and see my BS come back down to pre meal levels before I eat any more. Portion control and controlled snacking are what have worked for me. (i hope, I went for a blood test yesterday, get the results on Monday, hopefully it won't prove false optimism)

That's considered low carb, just not ketogenically low.
 
I find it hard to think of it as low carb when i have more carbs in one meal than some here have in a day. However it is a level that works for me and keeps my post meal readings under 7.5 and my pre meal readings in the 4s and low 5s and I don't feel like I am missing out on things I want.

I think that anything under 150g carbs/day is usually considered low carb - so you are well into the zone. And if it works for you, then enjoy!

It's actually an interesting point.
Many of the 'low carb studies' that have been done aim for 150g and may be only a couple of weeks in length. Their minimal results are then publicised as 'low carb' even though they would be better labelled 'slightly lower carbs and too short term to show any real benefits'! Lol.

Anyway, sorry, that was off topic, and I don't want to derail this excellent thread!
